Single Face

Single Wall

Double Wall
Flute is a sheet of corrugating medium that is shaped into a continuous rolling wave. Well-known types of flutes include A, B, C, E, F flutes
| Flute Types | Corrugated Board thickness | Application |
|---|---|---|
| A-Flute | 0.3125"/8mm | Most widely used when structural strength is required. Not typically used for high graphics that are printed directly on to the board. |
| C-Flute | 0.1875"/ 5mm | Most widely used when structural strength is required. Not typically used for high graphics that are printed directly on to the board. |
| B-flute | 0.125"/ 3mm | Good print surface and strong structure |
| E-flute | 0.0625"/ 1.6mm | Excellent print surface that shows minimal flute lines or washboardings. |
| F-flute | 0.04"/ 1mm | Better printing than E-flute |
