Green Operation

Pre-production
We seek to use simple but well-thought designs for greatest marketing impact with least environmental cost. Our prime aim is to raise the recyclability, reusability and longevity of our products. We implement this through the choice of material, mechanical format, printing method and finishing.

Production

Actual printing work also follows green guidelines as set by the company. We stock eco-friendly paper and inks of different nature and price range to suit the needs of different customers. Our CTP Digital Direct Printing Plate System transfers data directly to printers without production of films, which raises quality and efficiency of our products.

Green Office

An internal code of conduct has been established for office operation with the aim to create an eco-friendly office. Our green measures can be summarized as:

• Reduce the use of water, paper and energy, e.g. most paper communications have been replaced by electronic ones

• Raise the recycling rate of paper, computer components and discs, e.g. waste are separated at source before disposal

• Increase ecologically-friendly purchase, e.g. equipment with high energy efficiency take priority

• Improve indoor air quality, e.g. smoking is strictly prohibited in office

• Encourage environmental education, e.g. news on environmental activities are posted on intranet

• Green measures are evaluated regularly to raise effectiveness
